The hotel is in a quiet part of Skegness and only a short walk from the beach funfair and shops . They offer a breakfast you can purchase on check in which is good value and very nice

One star hotel

Poor customer service we wanted to order breakfast there was a bell to ring for attention. We rang it twice waited between 15-20 minutes no one came. We stay in skegness quite a lot one of the worst hotels that we've stayed in

Room was terrible Bed was uncomfortable, shower was freezing cold unable to use. Kettle we couldn’t fill up and it was dirty and limescale was floating around. Pillows hard and lumpy. Litter left under unit and tea stains on window ledge. Breakfast was lovely disappointed there was no orange juice.

I booked a twin room in this hotel and was over the moon with the parking upon arrival, On entering the property i was surprised to be dealt with quickly and friendly and shown to my room number 4 which was on the ground floor and lovely to say the least ill definitely be booking again

Good value and nice location

Staying for one night for business reasons. Very reasonable price and perfectly adequate for my needs.Arrived late due to train disruption but late check-in fee was kindly waived.

Excellent value for money, had everything we could possibly need. Hosts where friendly. Absolutely nothing to complain about at all. Close to the town centre and beach. Parking is available here in a small carpark, or on the road directly outside. Will more than likely be staying again.

Dark unlit road while walking to property from station at night( not properties fault, just an observation). Smell of cooking when walked in - stale aroma. Room tired looking, mismatched furniture and grubby round the edges, mattress so soft thought it was a water bed, shower tray ingrained with old dirt from peoples feet, needed a lick of bleach. Towels seen better days. Smell of cooking filtering into room in morning. Had to hold breath on way out. Ok for one night , Wouldnt stay twice.

It was clean enough, but some wallpaper coming away from the wall no towel rails and tv was so small i couldn't watch it old lcd tv so when you lay on the bed you can’t see the picture very well

Clean comfortable beds

Beds were clean and very comfortable. The lady on reception was very polite and helpful. Easy to get parked. The cost is very much on par with what you get. We just needed somewhere to lay our heads that’s not too far from the town centre (8 minute walk). Would stay here again. Thanks very much :)

Hot Skeggy

A decent week in a very hot Skegness, in a room that got the sun all afternoon. The shower was no bigger then a Phone Box & being a big Northern Lad found it a tight squeez.

I was really impressed with my room. It was also very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were brilliant upon arrival and also when i departed. Only negative feedback i give is i don't think they should charge customers for wanting to leave their luggage on day of departure. Customers who don't drive will more than likely want to leave luggage somewhere safe but i feel like this service should be free.
