I really enjoyed staying there its great to walk to the front and go on the beach good for the money and comfortable nice and clean
Clean, friendly , very helpful , polite staff ,... Found the front door code key for the lock a bit hit & miss sometimes (don't know if the sensor is old)? . Found the apartment & hotel room nice to have a coffee machine! Also lovely & really nice to have soft Egyptian cotton sheets & two big pillows each.. & very much appreciated the free breakfast selection of croissants cheese & sliced meat!... Thank you, & Hope to come & visit again :)

Looks grotty on the outside but nice on the inside
Good location
Beds were comfortable.
Looks grotty on the outside.
Had a sea view and balcony and it’s a shame about the netting on the front.
Kitchen wasn’t equipped very well. No glasses, kitchen equipment. No tea towels, brush etc.
Handy to be able to drop luggage in our room at 12pm.
Fully booked but quiet

Needs some TLC
Whatsapp message the night before told us how to get into our accommodation. Self check in with key code - no issues. Was nice to have a bedroom each (3x double beds). Flat smelt of stale water and is in need to some TLC. Only staying one night so didnt really both us. Kitchette and dining table nice but no sofa/lounge area. Smart tv in each bedroom is a nice touch.
Filthy flat! Cooker grill full of old fat bath had hairs in it, shower screen grimy as shower tray, bed sheet filthy stain on it, beds hard as rock, half plug sockets didnt work !
Sink in kitchen hen dirty! Dirty containers with old hard sugar stuck in it plus other stuff that yuk, flat was cold, only 2 radiator in bedroom for a big flat, even stairs up to the flat was grimy,
We stayed in the family deluxe room, we enjoyed our stay and loved how close to everything it was the only down to our stay was the sick smell which we got rid of on the first day other than that we enjoyed it and would definitely be going again
Really bad my room never got cleared out so staying in my mess Really terrible couldn't sleep cous loud music at 2clock in the morning everyone slam in doors all night rowing outside my room window shouting would never be staying again no clean bedding put on the bed no fresh towels to get a shower
There are no adequate words to describe how terrible Harbor Flats are. Its dirty, appliances dont work, there are no fire safety precautions signposted, no fire escapes, there are not enough utensils or crockery in the kitch to all it self catering. There were no plugs in the bathtub or sink the shower didn't work correctly- this is also a half way house and not vacation apartments - not in the listing! Stay elsewhere, premier inn is just over the road, better everything there
The place was disgusting all rubbish out the entrance. Smelt of marijuana, all black bags with dirty rubbish or laundry left on both flights of stairs making it hard for a partially sighted person to get upto apartment. All the beds are unfit to sleep on as all the mattresses need replacing springs sticking into you.no hot water for a shower kitchen not clean bathrooms had a dirty drains smell, toilet not clean stains of feaces from pervious customers, broken chair left on the stairs. Everything is a health and safety hazard the place is illegal no fire escape when your in a apartment upstairs.
The place unfit for people to stay in and charged for the amount that's charged.
AND IT'S UNFIT TO BE ADVERTISED ON ANY BOOKING SITE.
Have to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely.
I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted,
I can not fault the service and reply so would defiantly stay again
Avoid booking here. It’s obviously been given fake reviews and the photos do not show the full scale of horror that greets you. Looked like the front hadn’t been cleaned or refreshed for years. Looks like it’s rotted away in some places. Grime and mould greeted us from the moment we entered the keypad code and it continued into the accommodation and small shower room. It was so bad we left without unpacking. The photos don’t show how poor this accommodation is. We left so quickly we didn’t take photos in case we caught something.
very dissapointed on the look off the property outside, looked like an old run down building, the entry off the property regarding the codes on the door was not easy to use, i wouldent like to imagine an older person then me to use it especially if they had fingers and hand problems, if it wasent for a gent going in at the same time as me he let me in, i would of still been standing outside, when we adventually got in side again code needed doing to get inside flat, and again gent had to help and we got the key to get in adventually, surely both doors can be entered easier then they are now, the flat itself wasent too bad, but could off done with more pillows and a thicker quilt,
Unfortunately the pictures do not give a true description of the property which is a shame as the location is fantastic. From the outside it is grim. Rubbish everywhere. There was no TV in the kitchen area so nowhere for us to gather as a family (one is shown in the picture). There were no plugs in one of the bathroom sinks and kitchen sink so you couldn't wash your dishes in the kitchen or yourself in the bathroom sink. The water in the showers was unpredictable - hot one minute cold the next. There was limited kitchen equipment - 2 small pans, 1 frying pan, 5 plates, 5 bowls, 5 mugs (2 chipped), 5 small glasses (no wine glasses), no jug or colander - not enough to cater for 5 people (we had to buy a large saucepan and jug!. The fridge is a mini fridge - so couldn't store enough food/drink for 5 people. The table and chairs were wobbly so we had to fix these before using them. 1 Chair we could not fix. The beds were really uncomfortable - they need new mattresses (didn't sleep very well at all) - no mattress or pillow protectors either. The double bed valance sheet had an awful stain. One of the single beds had a stain (not sure what it was!!) so had to remove from the bed (luckily only required 2 of the single beds). There was only 1 pillow each and 1 bath towel - no hand towels (as shown in the pictures). We will not be returning to this property.
I have never experienced anything like this in my life. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. I can’t believe Hotels.com is representing it.
Upon arrival, the outside of the building was falling apart people coming in and out of the building we’re obviously drug users/halfway.
Communication prior and on arrival to the hotel was a disaster could not get hold of anyone for any information. If I got through to someone they would either hang up or the English was very bad when I finally contacted Hotels.com they told me someone will be in contact with me.
When we finally got into our room, the instructions were simple enough but trying to get the key lock open was very hard took us about 15 attempts when we were in the property. It was late at night and the children were tired. The beds were uncomfortable. Springs were popping out of the mattress and sheets were filthy. We tried finding alternative accommodation. But everything was booked up as it was Made bank holiday I tried to contact the service manager but no of them replied or answered the phone.
When we woke up in the morning, we did not even use the any of the equipment as when I was washing the parts I got an electric shock then we tried to have a shower. No hot water again tried to contact the owner but had to go through to hotel.com to get a response when somebody finally did come to the door. The English was not the best and they absolutely smelt of weed/drugs at this stage we packed our bags and left
