"The view was great, with docs. Parking was great, close to room. Freindly staff. Moms complained about the sher not having handles, shes handicapped, and the remote didnt work, was missing a battery cover."

"This place was sooooooo cute!! A little dated but felt cozy and comfortable.. everything was very clean and soooooo stinking cute!!! You walk out in your patio and there’s a hangout area. Picnic tables and an outside jacuzzi. The boat dock is so close to take the kids fishing. We only stayed one night for Mother’s Day but we are coming back a lot for summer!!!! Such a little gem!!!! The staff was amazing. Helpful and i can’t wait to make more memories with my family there!"

"We planned this trip because we had a great time when we stayed here a few years ago and were ready to relax/process grief. We were super disappointed this time around. We got to the property and there was broken glass all over the ground. We had our dog with us so we were hyper vigilant that she did not step on anything throughout our stay. There were stains all over the couch and bed and the remote for the television was sticky. The toilet leaked and the towels smelled awful. The fans that were provided didn't work. We were excited to use the bikes/canoes/bbq/pool like we previously did. The canoes/ bikes were still advertised but weren't put out for us until a bigger party arrived the last day of our trip. The bbqs were not connected/cleaned so we did it ourselves. The pool was disgusting and closed. The fireplace not lit until a big group checked in. I understand that it's the beginning of spring and things are not open/ maintained the same during winter as spring/summer but there was no mention of it anywhere and no communication given. The last night that we were there a large family came in and were extremely loud and partied throughout the night. I get it, this was celebration of some sort but the walls are thin so we listened to it all night (despite quiet hours) and saw that the firepits and bbq areas were trashed the morning we left. We were so disappointed this time around that I doubt we'll ever stay here again."

"House was clean and check in was very smooth. Front door deadbolt did not lock but, we still felt safe at the property. We did have an unexpected guest show up the day we were to check out at 8:30am. This was a little uncomfortable for my group. My girls loved all the little touches of bears all over the house and the giant teddy bear in the game room. I will definitely keep this home on out list for another trip."

"When we checked in there were some immediate maintenance items that needed to be addressed. They did send out a maintenance guy that night to address them. Was a little disappointing when one of the reviews from February mentioned the shower doors were broken and you could not slide them and this was still an issue when we checked in. Also, back in Dec a review mentioned needing a broom and there is still no broom. The deck had a lot of pine needles which we understand we are in the mountains amongst the trees, however there was a lot of chipped paint as well, and we were doing our best not to track inside, hence wanting a broom. The place was clean enough to be comfortable, but some attention to detail was definitely needed. I did pick up a set of 4 wine glasses at a yard sale to donate to the house as the only glasses they had were large water or tea glasses and coffee cups. It was very conveniently located, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Bed was comfortable and the area was very quiet allowing for a good night rest."
