"Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Exceptional — We’ll Be Back! What a wonderful getaway! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the right place. The home was beautiful, absolutely pristine, and even better than we expected. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, the accommodations were fantastic, and waking up to that gorgeous view of the lake was the icing on the cake! But what really deserves special recognition is the rental company. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this was honestly one of the BEST experiences we have ever had. They didn't simply hand us the keys and disappear—they actually checked in to make sure everything was as promised and that we were happy and comfortable. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. THAT is five-star customer service! And then there is Big Bear itself! We had such a great time downtown—shopping, eating, exploring, and simply enjoying the mountain atmosphere. There is enough to do to keep you busy, but it is also the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy being away from it all.Whether you're looking for a quick weekend escape or a longer vacation, Big Bear Lake is a wonderful getaway—and this beautiful home made our trip even better.Thank you for such a memorable stay and for taking such wonderful care of us. Five stars without hesitation. We would absolutely come back!"

The house is a bit older, but the the close proximity to lake, groceries, restaurants and shopping was perfect for our stay. Peaceful and quaint neighborhood. The host was quick to respond and provided clear instructions for check in/out and GREAT resources (even discount cards and snacks!)Can’t wait to visit again."
