ãThe property itself is wonderful. Very convenient location but just far enough to be secluded. Facilities were excellent but what really stood out were the exceptional owners. They made the stay 11/10 with their kindness, generosity and professionalism. Please stay here, you'll love it too!ã
ãWe (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June.
Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat).
Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems.
Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available.

ãThis was an amazing location, staying amongst the limestone karsts. The pool looked very inviting but we didn't get a chance to use it as there is so much to explore around the area. The host families hospitality was incredible. We played billiards with the kids and their mum gave us a big hug as we left. She is very accommodating and although her English was limited made a great effort with Google translate to communicate well with us. She was very helpful with advice on where to visit. ...
ãWow! What a beautiful homestay tucked away in a private corner of Ninh Binh. The views and hospitable staff were amazing - they truly went above and beyond to make our time at the lotus field wonderful. At night, there were loud karaoke parties nearby that echoed across the cliffs that we werenât expecting, and most of the bikes were in tough condition, but all and all 10/10 would recommend a stay here! ã
ãThe property is a beautiful hidden gem with views of the limestone peaks all around! The staff is very accommodating and insures that the guests are well taken care of!! The food is also amazing! I would highly recommend this place and will be coming back soon!! A must stay and location!!ã
ãOut of everywhere we stayed during our two-week trip around Vietnam, Happy Tam Coc Ecolodge was hands down the best. The property is stunningâsurrounded by towering limestone cliffs and lush greenery, it feels peaceful and secluded, yet still super close to everything. Bich Dong Pagoda is just a five-minute walk away, and most tourist spots are only a short scooter ride.
What really made the stay special was Lily. She was so kind and helpful the entire timeâgenuinely one of the nicest hosts...
