My family and I stayed 4 days, throughout the entire stay the staff was extremely hospitable! The whole experience was amazing and the scenery was breathtaking! The hotel was in a great location, it was just about 10 mins outside of the city but with a grab or moped easily accessible. I recommend this place 100% for your stay in Ninh Bihn! I loved everything about this stay!

Staying at Tam Coc Garden was a really unique and grounding experience. It was a very nice change of pace after visiting Hanoi. The resort itself is a beautiful sanctuary with meticulously maintained flower gardens and grounds. The rooms were luxurious and well appointed. We had two couples massages while there, and they were top notch. The restaurant onsite is wonderful. We ate breakfast there every morning and dinner onsite every evening because the food was so fresh and well prepared. The location of the resort is very convenient. We rode the complementary bikes to the nearby town several times, to the pagoda, and through the neighboring countryside where we saw many rice fields and homes of locals, many of which were open serving food and smoothies. The resort is also very close to the river boat rides. Everything about staying here was perfect, but the crowning feature was the staff. Each one was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Everyone went over and above to ensure all our needs were met. This included shipping my forgotten glasses to our next location. We look forward to returning.

Unfortunately we only spent 2 nights there before our cruise in Halong Bay. The resort combines luxury with nature in a great way, very friendly staff and the food was also excellent. There are numerous excursions on offer in the surrounding area. We had a Full Moon Villa with pool and really enjoyed our short stay!

This was the perfect place to start our 1.5 week trip in Vietnam. It was stunningly beautiful and great food. Pool was nice. Very cute design. Stayed for two nights The only challenge is we booked the two bedroom house - it's a short 5 min bike ride from the property. I didn't fully realize this and something to consider when booking

An Eden close to Tam Coc centre - a taxi ride from the resort to the centre costs VND100,000. The resort is stunning and we were fortunate to start in the house (Maison Qué) which has it's own private pool. The resort is close to many attractions such as Trang An boat ride (take this one and not the Tam Coc equivalent) and Hang Mua mountain climb for incredible views and lotus fields. Highly recommended!

Spectacular!

This is a little piece of paradise - an absolute highlight of our trip in Vietnam. The service was fantastic - all the staff were extremely helpful and super friendly. Restaurant is great. Breakfasts were delicious as were the dinners and drinks. Spa service was top notch. Rooms were immaculate. Pool is a little oasis on the property. Free bikes to roam around the countryside. The setting couldn’t be more spectacular. Also did a cooking lesson which included a small boat trip with a local to catch shrimp - all arranged by the staff. This is a jewel of a property - the gardens are absolutely beautiful too. It simply couldn’t have been better other than if we could’ve stayed longer.

Property was very beautiful, however the staff was not quite as warm and friendly as we’ve experienced from other hotels we’ve stayed at in Vietnam. We also paid extra for the Mountain Verandah room as it was advertised to have a beautiful Mountain View and there are thick power cords blocking the view that ruin the experience. Would not have paid extra for this room due to that. Also the laundry price was extremely high and unnecessary. They seem to take advantage of the fact that you are a car’s drive away from the town and it would be inconvenient to bring your laundry into town just for a more reasonable price. $1 per pair of socks is ridiculous.
