"We reserved 2 queen beds as it was my husband and teenage child and they were given a king bed and they had to ask for a roll away. Their rationale was that they were very busy. They needed maintenance for the shower. Felt overpriced for the service given."

Hotel Lotus Kansas City Stadium

"The hotel is a bit older and I get that. A couple of things, the room I was put in didn't have a remote for the TV. I called and the gentlemen who answered wasn't able to help. There was a piece in the A/C unit that was missing. When I came back from dinner, the A/C Unit made a loud noise. I went to the front and showed the lady there a video I made and she upgraded me to a suite. I appreciated that, but the new room also had an A/C unit with loud noise. Not as loud as the first room, but loud enough I had to turn it off so the noise stopped. There was some mold in the bathroom. During breakfast he coffee machine only poured hot water. No coffee. Toaster wasn't plugged, and none of us could plug it because the plug was underneath the counter and it was covered. No staff member available. I don't think i've ever given a negative review, but this property definitely deserved it. I also have videos."

"This LaQuinta surprised me with good maintenance, cleanliness, and (not always) only smiling staff. My washroom had some water leaking from the ceiling; the manager took off 20% of my bill, which was nice. My previous experience with chains wasn't as nice. Kansans people seem very nice."

One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in.Very quiet,close to the airport with shuttle service,extremely clean and well maintained grounds.Would definitely return with no concerns and would highly recommend to everyone!!
