「The Lodge offers simple rooms with comfortable beds and an awesome view of Abbott Lake and nearby mountains. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant was quite good and super convenient. Don’t miss the walk around the lake, which is paved and accessible. It’s a great pre- or post-dinner stroll and we enjoyed it. Excellent stop while taking in the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway! Highly recommend!」
「It’s a typical Super 8 hotel…nothing fancy, just a decent place to spend a night. The property is clean and well-maintained. We were in town for one night to visit the National D-Day Memorial, and this Super 8 is close and convenient to it. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially with recommendations on nearby dining options. The property is across the highway from a gas station/convenience store and a fast-food restaurant. We would stay there again.」

「Our stay at the Residence Inn Lynchburg was very nice. I love the apartment style rooms. Has everything you need. The hotel and grounds were clean and I felt safe with the well lit parking lot. Free hot breakfast was delicious. The staff was very nice. And there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
If I’m back in this area I would definitely stay at Residence inn again.」
