「We spent six days at Secrets Tides, and our trip was absolutely amazing! Everything—from the food and entertainment to the beautiful propert, was beyond what we expected. We especially loved the daytime activities, nightly shows, and entertainment in the lobby. The beach was beautiful and well maintained, and the resort did its best to keep on top of the sargassum. Overall, we had an incredible experience and would highly recommend Secrets Tides. We would definitely return!」

「0/5 — I Would Not Recommend Serenade Adults Only If I could give Serenade Adults Only zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, this resort was one of the most disappointing parts of our vacation. What was supposed to be a relaxing, elevated adults-only VIP experience ended up feeling unpleasant, inconvenient, and nowhere near the level of service we expected. The biggest issue was the staff and overall customer service. Many staff members were rude, dismissive, inattentive, or simply seemed...
