「What was not to love? Mark’s home is the perfect secluded getaway. So comfortable, spacious and clean, with every detail so well thought out. He was the most attentive and easy host we’ve ever had. Incredible sunsets, wonderful meals and just an all around perfect week. I would not change a thing! The best beach we’ve stayed at in Nayarit- great for swimming, surfing, walking and just sitting. 「We spent our first warm Christmas at Casa Vida and it was wonderful. The house has plenty of room for the family to spread out and relax, play cards, cook and lounge around the pool surrounded by the beautifully maintained grounds. The natural light and the open air concept allow you to enjoy the ocean breeze and the natual beauty of the area all day long. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the charm of the local area.」

「I knew there was an ocean view but, I didn’t realize we were so close to it. We enjoyed listening to the ocean waves hit the rocks everyday. The house was spacious and two kitchens and 4 patios if you include the pool deck. Josh was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed barbecuing on the patio, and going into Higuera Blanca, Sayulita and Punta Mita to eat. Definitely have a SUV vehicle and listen to the hosts recommendations for ease of staying.」

「Our dream family vacation came true in this gorgeous, completely new property with stunning bay views. Management and concierge made everything incredibly easy for us; helping with transportation and reservations. El Surf beach clus is within walking distance and the other beach clubs are just a short golf cart ride away. Well definitely come back.」

「Had a wedding to attend at the Conrad but booked this place to save a few thousand dollars. Place was just as described. Uber is scarce but possible with a wait. You kind of need it to go into towns to eat or shop. Only thing within walking distance is other resorts which was fine for us since we had a wedding to go to. No beach access but it is around a 15 minute walk to get there.」

「We rented this house for 6 days in September. The owners are very nice. Good communication, and they set us up with Adam prior to our arrival. Adam had to be one of the best hosts we’ve had, prior to arrival and while we were there. Available for any help you could need, check in, activities, restaurants, etc. September is off season.
