「Owners communicated all the important information very well! The property was clean and ready early! She gave great recommendations of places to eat as well as places to go see! Loved the games they had, even though we brought some to play. Only “complaint” we would even have, which is NOT a complaint at all is it would be nice if there was more light in the living room. 「The property was super cute and functional for the size, perfect place to walk to Belmont park and the surrounding area with your loved one. Parking does suck but doable with a little patience. It's definitely a bustling corner but once it was Netflix & chill time, you couldn't hear the nightlife. We would absolutely stay again!」

「仕事で市内に長期滞在した後、最終日の宿として夫婦で利用しました。駐車場は一晩につき$10です。高速道路に近い割に、車の音は気になりませんでした。 建物は古いですが、必要な機能は揃っていて快適に過ごせました。冷蔵庫はクローゼットの中にあります。 フロントの方やお掃除・朝食会場のスタッフは皆さん笑顔です。 このような時期なので、朝食は紙皿にとって部屋でいただきました（他にもそうしているゲストが何組かいらっしゃいました）。メニューにバラエティがあり良かったです。」

「House was just what we needed and in a great location, just as advertised. Close to everything we wanted to do in San Diego. Owners were communicative and responsive. As at least one other reviewer mentioned, there was significant road noise, which was sometimes distracting. And although we adhered to quiet hours, the neighbor on one side seemed to be doing some work, so we heard music and power tools through the walls around 8 am several days. 「So close to the beach and such a nice stay! Definitely wasn’t 100% clean on arrival (lots of sand) and the light fixtures looked like they need a deep clean. Furniture in living room was uncomfortable but the bed was good! Adjoins to a downstairs and two nights had some very noisy neighbors since there’s not much of a sound barrier. For the most part, the stay was awesome and we had such a good time! Check in and out was easy! Loved how close to the beach we were and Evolve was great to work...
