「Excellent room with lovely furnishings 」

「The Black Swan in the centre if Helmsley is ideal for visiting the local area,comfortable clean and well appointed. Staff helpful and pleasant. The menus for dinner and breakfast were excellent, served fresh and hot. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely consider booking the hotel again in future.」

「My friend and I had a girlie two night break at this hotel and loved it. When we arrived the receptionist noticed I was using a walking aid and unprompted started looking to change our room to an accessible room eliminating needing to use stairs. We were very touched by his thoughtfulness. It was an upgrade to a suite which was outstanding and it really enhanced our comfort and experience.
