"Stayed at Eganridge 5 years ago. It has gone from a 5 star to a 2 star and was very disappointing. Even the dining room did not meet previous experience. Food had to be sent back twice. Pictures on vrbo were not of the cabin we stayed in. Flooding and sewage back up in our cottage meant we had to move to another cottage. Staff was pleasant but did not seem motivated to solve a variety of issues."

"Went over a weekend with couple of friends and absolutely enjoyed our stay. All my friends were pleasantly surprised with the location, view and overall arrangements that were made by the Host to accommodate us. The property had everything to offer and we left the property extremely happy, positive experience and looking forward to come back again. "

Cozy Rustic Cottage! Hot Tub, River, Fireplace, Kayaks, Tons of Games & Movies

"5 day get away with our adult kids. We really enjoyed the canoe and kayaks. The cottage had comfy beds and a variety of kitchen appliances. The deck and hot tub was a great hit along with the fire pit. Lots of time for relaxing and games. We hope to return. GREAT HOSTS! THANK YOU Neil and Shanna."

Grand 10BR 9BA Waterfront Retreat Near Muskoka | Sleeps 30 | Perfect for Events

Large private cottage

"We just had our small family wedding at the property. The rooms are spacious, most with washrooms and showers, lots of outdoor space for activities. We enjoyed billiard pool, darts and karaoke for indoor activities. The private beach with the paddleboat, kayaks and canoe was awesome. Our family had a wonderful time!"

A little cozy place

"This is a nice small cottage that is clean and maintained well. The cottage location is also good - there are at least 4 towns and villages within less than 40 mins drive, not counting the Kinmount. The Kinmount itself is a place with a rich history, and there is a location there that you should visit and its just 10 mins walking from the cottage -the Highland Cinemas. This is something very unique and I dont think you will find something like that anywhere else. Despite the size of the village there are few places there to have a breakfast, lunch or dinner and all of them just minutes to walk from the cottage. Unfortunately we didn't oame in a right time to see Kinmount Fair, but definitely will do it next time. Overall, we are very satisfied with our trip and lioking forward to visit this place again."

"My family enjoyed the stay at the cottage. It’s abeautiful cottage with all amenities for kid and adults to enjoy the stay. They have a beautiful sun room with picturesque view. The location is awesome and very private. The host were quick to respond when we needed information. We look forward to coming back to this cottage next summer."
