"Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very conveniently located, within JR Kawasaki Station's shopping complex. It is also convenient in the sense that Kawasaki is just a 20 min train ride away from Tokyo Station, and a 10 min ride from Yokohama. In all, a comfortable stay in a nice quality hotel. Highly recommend to whoever is struggling with hotel prices in Tokyo or Yokohama, and if you don't mind the train ride."
