"None of us old people used the pool or actually got into the sea, but we walked the beach daily. The ocean view was spectacular and many of us got up each morning to view sunrise. The kitchen layout worked well for us, with a good selection of pots & pans, and plenty of dishes and silverware (only ten of us attended) and nice that we all fit at the table together. Mostly we all hung out together on the third floor, worked jigsaw puzzles when not on the beach or gone fishing."

"The balcony view was amazing! Huge waves from a nor’easter. Property owner was incredibly thoughtful and communicated well. Would love to go back!"

"The condo was clean. Sheets and linens were clean and updated. We cooked most of our meals at the condo and were able to with the stocked kitchen. The owner, Matt, communicates with you if you have any questions which is super helpful. I almost gave a 4 star review because the photos for the listing do not depict the current state of the beach due to the storms that have hit the area. If booking in the future, the condo is great and Matthew is very helpful, however the beach are is completely different than the pictures in the listing. "

"The cabana was a perfect size for my friend and I, and was just right for our budget. We thought there was going to be a problem when we first arrived, as there were other occupants in our unit. I reached out to the owner and she immediately got to work solving the problem. We were able to stay for the days we booked, and we had an amazing time!"
