Creekside Cottages - NEW Construction.  Creekside Cottages is a group of custom built cottages nestled in a lightly wooded setting in the Fly Creek area just northwest of Cooperstown - very convenient to the village of Cooperstown and to the Cooperstown Dreams Park. The grounds are spacious and very well maintained. Your hosts provide a common picnic area with multiple picnic tables and gas grills.  There is a large open area in the lawn with community fire pit where families can gather and enjoy a campfire under the stars.

There is a meandering stream running through the property - perfect for children to go wading.
Directly across the road there is a New York State Fishing Access site on Oaks Creek and a nature trail through the woods.  The fishing is great there in Oaks Creek!

Creekside Cottages provides an ideal spot for families who desire their private living quarters but wish to be near each other.

Each of these quality built homes features an open living, and dining area and kitchen.  Each home has 2 bedrooms and one bath.  A covered front porch with outdoor seating provides space to enjoy fresh air and the beauty of the area.  Each cottage has a full kitchen, wood floors throughout and tasteful furnishings.

Perfect spot for Cooperstown families!

My son's team played at Cooperstown Dreams Park, and the team families all stayed at Creekside Cottages. Our cottage was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped for my younger son, husband, and me for the week's stay. The families had a wonderful time with three generations represented among 11 families. Perfect spot for an amazing experience!

Perfect Accomodations for Families and Teams

Cottages are spacious and equipped with everything you could need for a week long stay at Cooperstown. The property is PERFECT for teams, especially families and siblings. Firepit and gazebo with picnic tables, wiffleball field, basketball, cornhole, etc. etc. Great their are multiple community washers and dryers. Just close enough but not too far away from downtown Cooperstown and the Dreams Park. Jerry's next door is also a nice perk!
