「great place to come back to and relax after enjoying NYC, the 126 bus to nyc is a 3 min walk from the place and its also a great, safe neighborhood to enjoy good food and a stoll. The Hudson river is about a 10 min walk with great views of NYC skyline. Total recommend its nice, safe and clean apartment and AJ was awesome and very responsive. 」

"NYのペン駅近郊にしては比較的安価でした。良かった点、①立地:ペン駅まで徒歩6分ほど。いろいろなところに行くのに便利かつ観光客が多いエリアなので夜でも外を歩いてもあまり不安がない(ホームレスはいますが)、②ホテルの綺麗さ清潔さ:よく清掃された部屋で、毎日の清掃も良い。シャワールームも含めて綺麗。部屋が狭いという口コミが多く、それは事実だが、コスパを考えればやむを得ない、③屋上にルーフトップバーがあり、バーも素敵だし景色も素敵(エンパイアviewなどの高層階を選べば部屋からの景色も良い) 楽しみにしていたチェックインのクッキーが貰えなかった点は残念です。"

"立地はとても良かったです。駅も近く、どこへ行くにも便利でした。建物は古いですが、特に気にならず快適に過ごせました。難点はエレベーターがピーク時になかなか来ないこと。それと、部屋の掃除を頼まなかったのでタオルの補充をお願いしましたが、なかなか届けてもらえず、３回目の催促でようやく届けてもらえました。"
