ハンコック ホテル

「Breakfast and water front balcony」

「Everything was good」

「Very clean. Great value, great location I’ll be back!」

「Hotel has excellent location with free parking available. Rooms are very well equipped and distributed. Good coffee is available the whole day. But there are opportunities to improve their room service only every other day policy, indeed we found our room with non-clean sheets two out of three days including the day we arrived. The noisy Air Conditioner cannot be turned off even when is not needed. Nathalie at the front desk during the night is the best you will find at the hotel.」

「From the moment I pulled up and walked in it was all great. Helpful staff, clean and beautiful. Room and halls smelled fresh. I was happy to be staying there」

「Lo que no me gustó es que se podía oir el personal de sevicio hablar por los pasillos en voz alta desde muy temprano」

「The staff is incredibly friendly and the location is central to all the cities fun places to visit.」

「Never got my deposit back」

「ホテルは清潔で居心地が良かったです。近くにお店はありませんが、調理ができるキッチンがありました。」

「It was ok. AC was not cold even when turned down to 67. Still was humid in room for some reason. Water took forever !… legit like 5-6 min to get warm enough to shower and even longer to get “hot”. Overall was clean and nice. Very good location」

「No water bottle in Room!!! How funny」
