"Dead bugs all over the floor and air conditioner. Floor was filthy and flying gnats on the lamp shades. The check in guy was rude, couldn’t find my reservation because I noted a late checkin for the following morning in my reservation. He said I was a no show. After informing the front desk of the bugs she just apologized but didn’t offer any opportunity to fix the situation. I checked out after 4hrs on a two day reservation. I then get a email to check out the day after I left. I checked out at the front desk, why are they asking me when I plan on checking out? They charge $45 for parking fyi"

"We had three people in the room. When we arrived the sofa bed was not made. When asked about it they said we would have to make the bed ourselves. I asked twice for another blanket. After one-half hour I had to hunt down a room service person and went with her to get a blanket"

"Room was clean and cozy, resorts has lots of pools, and the staff was extremely friendly. Even the rollaway bed we requested was comfortable. Minor drawback was the food options but there are lots of options nearby. Overall very satisfied with the stay."
