「The customer service of this place is next to none. They provided a code that doesn’t work for one of the doors we had to go through and no one cared to fix it. We were lucky that someone else with a valid code opened the door for us. I reported the problem right away and no one came to fix the issue at all. 「I thought that this hotel was really great! It is a great place to stay if you are visiting Iceland and want to save money by cooking your own food. There is no staff, so if you want your room cleaned often and changed, this isn’t the place for you. The WiFi is absolutely terrible so if that is something you really need I highly suggest not staying here. 「Das Hotel ist neu, allerdings auch noch im Bau! Wir wollten an den Strand und mussten über eine Baustelle laufen. Wir bekamen auch ein Zimmer mit nicht so schönem Blick auf Rohre, Planen usw. - hier hätte das Hotel uns echt mal ein schönes Zimmer geben können, da wirklich kaum Gäste dort waren. Die Preise des Restaurants sind viel zu hoch! Spa-Bereich war noch nicht geöffnet und im Zimmer sind überall QR-Codes aufgestellt, mit den Preisen für die Annehmlichkeiten. 「What you see in the ad is what you get. It is shared accommodations, but it is clean and the other guests were respectful. The bathrooms/showers were very clean. I will be back for short stays as it is a great low cost option while staying in near Keflavik. Don't expect any communication with staff or operators. It is an automated business without human contact.」

「新しくて清潔。快適でした。写真を見たときには、裏の部屋からガラス越しに自分の部屋が丸見えになるんじゃないかと心配でしたが、ロールカーテンを下ろせるのでまったく問題なしでした。 スーパーで冷凍食品と惣菜を買い込んでいったのですが、部屋に電子レンジがなく、別棟のセンターに行き、一つしかないレンジを使うしかなかった。冷凍食品を解凍するのに時間がかかり、他のゲストを待たせてしまった。部屋にはシンクと小さな電子コンロが備え付けられているので、電子レンジ調理の必要のない簡易食品を持参すべき。 オーロラが部屋から見えたらいいなと期待していたが、悪天候であっこととに加え、港の明かりがあり見ることができなかった。」
