The property is calm, quiet and beautiful but it is a bit secluded! I felt so at peace every time I got back and really enjoyed my stay there. It seems like the perfect place to rest and relax after exploring the country as it is not far from the airport! If you’re looking for food out, take a nice walk to Forsetinn, the best pizza I have ever had! Such a great place to relax and watch the sunset!

The location is beautiful. And it is very nicely themed. But difficult to get Ubers/Taxis due to being far out from closest restaurants and town. The staff is not on site and took multiple phone calls to get a hold of someone.

Fisherman’s village was wonderful! We stayed here for 4 nights. The bedroom was clean and set up very nicely. The hot tub and sauna were very hot and enjoyable especially with the colder windy weather. The location of this hotel is perfect! We saw the northern lights 2 nights. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. Check in and check out process were very simple. Overall greatly recommend staying here!

Great location! Wish we could’ve stayed another night. It’s out of the city and so peaceful. Loved the views of ocean and mountains around us. Hot tub and sauna were clean and warm. The room itself was clean and spacious.

It’s a really neat property that is secluded on its own peninsula. The rooms are kinda small. It’s quiet and the view is great. The place would really benefit from an on-site innkeeper to answer questions and overall make you feel welcome

What an awesome place to stay. I loved walking around the property and seeing the ocean and how the inside and the outside was made so special and unique. I wish we had come earlier to take advantage of the outdoor hot tub with the view.

It is so cute. I loved the very few hours we had there. And we even saw some Northern Lights on our very last night in Iceland. The property is really well maintained. The room was nice, clean, and roomy. I wish there had been a refrigerator or a microwave. Check in was a breeze. I was glad I stumbled upon it.

Loved the hot tubs, location and cleanliness of the rooms. A very beautiful place. Didn’t like the $100 early checkin fee (and didn’t opt to pay it). Also we booked for two people and there was only one towel and one facecloth in the room. There are no staff onsite so nobody to give us an extra towel.
