"Our first time to Incheon. We didnt know the area, we booked for the ocean view. We were thrilled to learn of all the shops and restaurants behind the hotel on the boardwalk. We walked to Chinatown then road the little monorail back, it was great. We also toured the cultural park that is across the street. This hotel and surrounding area turned out to be the highlight of our stay in Korea. The staff was very helpful as well. They didnt speak a lot of english, but google translate helped. ...

"This hotel has a water view and walking trails in front of hotel. Many dining options are available in the area. But this hotel has no hotel employees and check in with Kiosk only. Room is clean and equipped what the travelers need. But rooms needs more instructions in writing each controlled buttons. I had a on-dol room but I did not know how to control the temperature. I figured it out after I wake up several times at night. This is the reason I didn't give full 5 stars."

Nice hotel in a great location in Seoul
"It was a nice hotel with a perfect location, but they did not want to give us any upgrades or any extra benefits are being a member. The air conditioner was broken and we had to call for service several times did not fix the problem. Eventually, on our last night got fixed and they gave us free breakfast to compensate. I wish that was offered by them rather than us asking for it. "
