"We only had 2 issues, we had a tiki hut right outside our balcony and trees so we really couldn’t see the ocean. And parking was aggravating because they also rented spots so as a renter we sometimes couldn’t find a spot and had to park across the street."

"The view from the condo was breathtaking.Definitely the selling point. Check-in was easy. The detailed email from the host was very helpful, but the garage passcode was incorrect. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed. The host was quick to respond with help opening a stuck storage door for our beach chairs. The negatives. When we walked in and took our shoes off the floor was sandy. Maybe it was swept but not cleaned with a mop. The furniture was outdated. The couch was not comfortable. I realize you hopefully won’t be spending much time on the couch, but after a long day outside, you want to come back to the condo and sit and relax on a comfy couch.The chairs on the deck are old, rusty and torn. So don’t wear white shorts for obvious reasons. I did read the amenities section for this condo. The write up says that one “bedroom” is a bunk room with a curtain. So it was accurate. We had 3 adults in our party. We each wanted our own bedroom. So, I chose the bunk room. This room definitely is not for adults. The bottom bunk mattress was not comfortable at all, so I had to crawl up the ladder to the top bunk. If adults are sleeping in this bunk room, they should be young and so tired they don’t care if it is not comfortable. This “room” has no place for luggage. So, a lot of my things were in the dining room.Honestly the place isn’t terrible, it was on the water like we wanted. I just believe for the money that we paid that some updates should take place."

"Great price point, excellent view of the beach and the golf from our fourth floor balcony. Room was clean, comfortable bed, full-size fridge, 12 cup coffee maker a small kitchen. Not crazy about tile floors, but with the sand it’s probably the best option. Nice pool overlooking the beach and the coast was very close with immediate beach access. no elevator but you enter on the second floor. Definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed. The front desk isn’t occupied till 10 AM and closes early as well. They do have a laundry, I didn’t see an ice machine, but the refrigerator makes ice. Free parking! This place will definitely be on my radar. Should I return to Panama City again?"

Newly remodeled beachfront townhome - Sleeps 14

"The house was GORGEOUS. My family had a wonderful stay. The only thing I would recommend to anyone renting this house is to bring extra towels/wash cloths, trash bags, and paper towels. They did supply some, but we quickly ran out and had to go to the store to buy more. They have a nice supply of beach items that made going to the beach so easy! The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!"
