「Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!」

「So pleased with this property, more like a hotel than air bn&b. Toilet paper and soap in every bathroom. We had plenty of trash bags and even laundry pods. Our last rental in this park we were at the grocery store within the first day for supplies. The front door is electronic with a code, so much easier than keeping up with a key. Decor was up to date and appliances galore even though we ate out most of the stay, I would definitely recommend and plan to return in the future. 」

「Property was fabulous and the host was fantastic! Trolley will take you anywhere around Watercolor. Beach was great. We didn’t take advantage of all the pools we could use, as this was a short stay. Next time for sure! We will definitely stay here again!」
