「Staying at the Smith House was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Kelly is a terrific host with great communication skills. She provided useful and comprehensive info on the local area and on restaurant suggestion. Beautiful fresh cut camellias and huge green fronds welcomed us throughout the house. Kelly quickly answered questions that came up for us. And The Smith House is so charming, full of historical references and beautiful art, cozy areas in the home to enjoy. And the location...

「Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!」

「So pleased with this property, more like a hotel than air bn&b. Toilet paper and soap in every bathroom. We had plenty of trash bags and even laundry pods. Our last rental in this park we were at the grocery store within the first day for supplies. The front door is electronic with a code, so much easier than keeping up with a key. Decor was up to date and appliances galore even though we ate out most of the stay, I would definitely recommend and plan to return in the future. 」

「Very clean. Lots of extras (cleaning supplies, laundry/dish detergent). Minimal negative that some of the finishes are worn, pillows are useless (flat). But really; might be the best VRBO we’ve rented. Location is perfect. Host could not have been more accommodating (I had booked the wrong week initially). Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this one (or any of the host’s three other properties) without hesitation. Can’t go wrong!」

「We had a great stay at Blue Lagoon. The house and the pool were great. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. We had an issue with the water when we arrived and contacted the property manager. We received a response within a minute, and someone was onsite, and the issues was resolved within 10 minutes. Outstanding customer service!! We would definitely book with you again!
