"We stayed two nights in the 270° Playful Room and were very impressed by the hotel’s design and atmosphere. The property is modern, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. Our room was comfortable and the panoramic view was truly stunning.
However, the breakfast experience did not match the overall quality of the hotel. The food was just okay (for example, frozen dim sum), and coffee from the bar was not available. The bigger issue was the lack of staff—only two people were managing the...
