「Clean room, beautiful furnitures」

「We stayed in a nice, large room. It has two sink areas, a large closet for hanging clothes, couch with table & lamp, useful dresser/desk/tv combo. The art is nice. It has plenty of space but is utilitarian. One comfy arm chair and an area rug on the floor would make it cozy. It snowed overnight and the outdoor stairs to the second floor had significant snow on them. It would be safer for the staff to keep those clear of snow.」

「Very old & in poor condition. Carpet dirty & raveling. Bathroom very poor. Heater/air conditioner cycled loudly all night. Towels thread bare」

「In a really convinient area surrounded by Starbucks, grocery store, etc. Air conditioning worked, easy parking, nearby road is a little loud, but couldn't hear other guests. Other than that, it was OK. I understand that it's a fairly inexpensive motel on the side of the freeway, but that doesn't exactly excuse it from adequate houskeeping and cleanliness, which could have been improved.」

「No one cleaned my room while I was during the day.Didnt restock coffee for me.The door wouldn't open on the room,or outside door either.Had to go to the front deskto get my key reprogrammed.」

「Friendly staff, easy check in and out . Clean rooms , great convenience for continental breakfast is provided. Great location right off the freeway.. Had a wonderful stay. Thank you」

「I rated just okay because there were questionable people hanging out being loud. The electrical outlets were not ok. When plugging into the outlets they would push into the wall and then try to come out all together when unplugging. No screen for the sliding door so you couldn’t have the door open to get fresh air. Definitely could use some updating! The staff on the other hand were very kind. Breakfast is served in a bag.」

「Parking areas not well Maintained 」

「Great customer service and support for sure. However, the cabin was dusty, the knotted flooring had small holes that exposed what appeared to be a dirt foundation. When it rained, the humidity with the dust made it hard for me for breath. The sheets in the main bed were clean, but they also seemed dusty to me. Could have been just the air inside, but my allegories made it impossible to sleep. My friend who too the sofa bed, opted to sleep on the sofa because there was a mattress pad with...
