For the price our stay was ok. Room was comfy but the road traffic wise was awful as well as room noise from. above. Vending machines weren't stocked properly, no water although I found out after check out they did offer water In the office. Breakfast had many choices. The reason for low rating was mainly the cost, awful noise and lack of water in Vending machine.

The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful in our request for late checkout. The breakfast bar had good options. Wish they had yogurt that wasn’t sweetened. The AC unit inside could have been better.

Pleasantly surprised! We had stayed in Reno the 2 nights prior; however, our stay at BW was so much nicer. The clerk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful; our room was clean and spacious, with all the extra amenities. Very nice; we'll be back.

The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice lots of room and it was clean. And for breakfast, they had a large selection and everything tasted great.Very cute small town. We had left like Tahoe and wanted a place to stay between there in San Francisco and Placerville was the perfect place.

We stayed here for three nights. A good value for the price. Breakfast was decent, the smallish pool was well-liked by the kids. The room was clean and comfy, although the bed was very soft. Some staff were very helpful, others seemed irritated by our presence. With only one person at the desk at any time, sometimes you had to wait a few minutes for pool towels. We also had put out our "clean room" sign one day, and it was ignored.

Very good facility although in process of a badly needed renovation. Staff was superior and Breakfast buffet was well attended to with fresh and quality offerings. Look forward to when they replace those annoying card system to unlock doors. Had to re-key them several times. Love the little balcony!
