「Friendly staff, went above and beyond.」

「The room was acceptable regarding its cleanliness; however, there were bunches of hair on the bathroom floor, the toilet did not flush properly and the pillows need either washing or replacement. The staff was helpful when needed. However, all the common areas, including the elevator, looked extremely dirty. They are not spending time making sure the hotel looks if not spotless, at least acceptable. Good for one night, if you are just sleeping and moving on in the morning.」
