「Our room was nice, the help was kind, the lobby and elevator areas were needing attention as far as cleanliness and attractiveness go. These are high traffic areas but could use a daily cleaning (or multiple cleanings), things felt grungy. It made me nervous about the room but it turned out great! 」
「I stayed at the hotel with breakfast included. Unfortunately, there were no raw vegetables at breakfast. Facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a shower, no bathtub. The lights in the room and on the desk were adequate. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. It's close to the airport and close to the highway, so transportation is convenient. Overall it was a very comfortable businestrip!」
「First time in Reno, and I enjoyed staying here. Hotel staffers, bell boy, receptionist, cafe and restaurant crew, were very friendly, although my reservation did not show up in their computer upon checking in. I did not figure out how to control the sometimes noisy room fan. The cafe guy was also really friendly. The "Riverfront" is a hip but accessible restaurant, where I enjoyed my dinner. Clean and new structure, an easy-to-find landmark in the city.」
「I enjoy staying at the Whitney Peak in Reno. It is unlike anything you will find downtown, they have a beautiful lobby and rooms, friendly staff, and it’s quiet and easy to navigate which I love. The locations is great too, with El Dorado being across the street, the Reno sign being right there, and fun bars close by. I am a happy returning guest here.」
「The building is old, but it is very well maintained and feels clean. It is also conveniently connected to the adjacent hotel by a skyway. There is a beautiful river nearby, making it suitable for sightseeing beyond just the casino. I would love to visit again.」
