This is a well-built cabin, with a good heating system and a solar battery to drive the low-voltage lighting. While it is adjacent to a cleared area for power lines, your views are going to be the trees and other plants. The windows facing Chicago Bay Road have shades for privacy, but no other buildings are in view from your windows.
The outbuilding you enter the outhouse portion. This is also the dressing area for the sauna. There are no lights out here, so I recommend bringing head-mounted lights so you can be hands-free.
The nearby Chicago Bay Marketplace was not open, though we checked on three different days. If you plan a visit expecting to eat a meal there, have a backup plan! I have heard great things, but the hours are variable sometimes.
The heat comes on by itself, so the stove in the corner will suddenly light up. It is very comfortable.
