Plenty of activities nearby but you may just want to stay on site to watch the wildlife in the yard and the freighters go by.Kim is a great host and better tour guide.Great advice about shopping for groceries and gas in the area and knows all the where to go and what to do in the UP.」

「We loved Big Red! It was perfect for our family vacation. We had 7 adults and 1 baby, and we weren't crowded at all. We loved that we could all gather in the family room at the same time to watch movies and play games. Loved the huge kitchen table for family meals. It was close to everything. We walked everywhere we went. I will be renting from them again, and cannot wait for our next stay at Big Red!」

「Great location and a charming small town. Close to Pictured Rocks National Park so you can experience hikes and drive about 60 min to Munsing where the tours honor of. The canoes which have you access to Lake Superior were hard to get in and out of because of no dock but we were able to manage. We had a great stay!!!」
