「We didn’t end up staying in the property. We arrived and it was dirty and smelled bad. The floors were so sticky and dirty. There were white spots on the living room curtains, the living room smelled like feet and I saw a bug crawling on the floor. Upstairs the same thing with the floor, quite frankly nothing felt clean. 「The house itself is very cute and clean and had everything we needed! Having three beds in the second bedroom was fantastic. The air-conditioning worked very well and the fans were great. Be sure to bring conditioner, but it does say it has shampoo and body wash, which is exactly what it has. The listing says it has a parking space, but it is street parking. 「One of the toilets would not flush and was leaking. We reached out yo the property owner and she said maintenance would come the next day and fix it. They never came, so 4 people had to share one toilet for three days. When we reached out to the property owner again about the toilet, we were told to get the plunger and unclog it ourselves. Very unprofessional. 」

「Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time.」
