「The apartment was nice, the kitchen was well-stocked with supplies, and the complex is very quiet. There's a washer and dryer in the unit, which we really appreciated. Even though it's on the fourth floor, there are multiple elevators, which was great. The pool and gym were usually empty. Good stay, overall.」

「The house was super cute and very well renovated. Loved all the nice decorative touches. Location was great as we went to an event at the San Pedro Playhouse which was a .2 mile walk. Philo coffee house just up the hill was great for morning coffee. 」

「First time in SA. Here for BMT graduation. Gave us the space we needed and the homey comfort my Airman craved. Very conveniently located to base, air port, down town. Neighborhood was quiet, definitely transitioning. Felt safe. Even enjoyed some time in the back yard. Great value!!」

It was also very convenient to get to local spots and meeting places, which made everything so easy during my stay. The hostess, Johana, was quick to respond and very accommodating with my requests. 「Exceptional property. Quiet, clean, with a comfy bed! Well appointed. We were able to enjoy a nice hot bath, morning coffee and watch a little tv while being close to our family in area. Such a great neighborhood and so walkable. The only thing we lacked were bath towels. There were only three for two persons for 4 nights, but we managed. Maybe ask ahead. 」

「I loved that they had dishes and body wash available for use . We got one assigned parking slot . The bed was kind of uncomfortable to sleep on and couch was hard . Furniture should be improved a little more . The rack in our wall was not installed right causing it to fall and dishes broke on the Floor. The lady who let us in was very understanding that we didn’t break anything and she communicated with me very respectfully and order new dishes . She was very nice and they allowed 18 year olds...
