「スペインらしくスタッフがフレンドリー。ただ夜に受け付けのソファーで勝手に入って眠っている人がいて怖かった。ホームレスなのか何なのか？夜はスタッフがいないのかな？」

「Ich war positiv überrascht von der Herberge. Das Personal war sehr freudlich, es war sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstück war Klasse, mit viel Kaffee, man konnte sich satt essen. Es gab sogar eine nette Kneipe in der Nähe mit Snacks und Getränken zu günstigen Preisen .」

「Für mich hat einfach alles gepasst. Netter Empfang, sehr unkompliziert, haben für mich eine Lösung gefunden, sehr engagiert, kennen ihre Bewohner. Check in/Out sehr gute Zeiten. Busverbindung zum Hostel sehr gut und mehrere Möglichkeiten. Saubere Gegend. Kochen ist möglich und wird auch gerne genutzt. Viel Geschirr vorhanden und das Frühstück gibt es auch noch gratis on top!!👍👍」

「地下鉄の駅の近くにあるので移動に便利。付近にはバルも多いので飲み歩きも楽しめる。ホテルの近くは比較的静か。観光スポットまで地下鉄を使えば簡単に移動できる。」

「Las intalaciones muy buenas y limpias.」

「Great no-frills hotel in the heart of Gernika. The rooms are basic but if you get a good price, I would recommend it for somewhere to stay. The pin entry system makes check in simple and the owners were communicative. 」

「I was travelling with my family already for 2 weeks and stayed in several different places, but this was certainly the one where we were received in a way that made us feel like home. The attention and kindness of the owner of the property were superb. A unique place, with a wonderful landscape and great welcome. We truly recommend!」

「小さな町なので全て徒歩圏内。初めにマップをくれて、行くべきスポットを全部マーカーひいてくれてネットにない情報もあったのでとても助かりました。ネットを部屋で使えないということが難点。シャワーは１ヶ所壊れてたけど他を使えば問題なし。」

「Me hospede solamente por dos noches con la opción de desayuno incluido y todo perfecto! El personal muy amable, instalaciones limpias y muy buena seguridad para equipaje y artículos personales!:) En mi opinión, no vale mucho la pena el desayuno que incluye, solamente es pan y cereal... en general si lo recomiendo y si volvería a hospedarme ahí! Gracias Pil Pil Hostel!」

"空港からタクシーで36ユーロでした。ロストバゲージした際にフロントのスタッフの方に受け取りなど、助けて頂きました。バスタブ、ポット、冷蔵庫有りです。小さなジムもあります。近くにケーブルカーの乗り場があり、そのそばにスーパーもあります。ミネラルウォーターも毎日サプライしてもらえました。朝食はシャンパン？や、バスクの特産のチーズやスイーツもありました。お勧めです。"

"朝食が美味しかったです。ルーフトップで食べました。ビルバオグッゲンハイム美術館を眺めながらの朝食が素晴らしかったです。いらっしゃるかどうかは、タイミングによると思いますが、少し日本語を話せるスタッフの方がいて安心感がありました。"
