「We were very satisfied with the accommodations, especially the cleanliness of the hotel. The layout of the room was great and we loved the extra seating/ TV area. The free breakfast was nice and the egg bites were great. Nice selection and variety for limited space and everything was kept clean and sanitary. Ample seating and welcoming atmosphere. We would've preferred a lock on the bathroom pocket door. It was also heavy and awkward to open & close. Also, the shower did not get hot, only...

「朝食を受け取れなった 空港までの送迎はわかりやすく有り難った」

「There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed...our tv kept acting up, our toilet nearly overflowed, two drawers would not stay closed, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order all three days. Friendly staff, good breakfast, but a little disappointed since I had stayed here before and chose it because of my good experience back in June.」

「Amazing stay very close to Providence station!」

「The guy in the front desk was not friendly and behave unproperly to foreign visitor like me who cannot handle good command of English.」

「We stayed this hotel for business. Well cleaned suites were very comfortable for our exhausted members. A bit far from downtown, but some restaurant and supermarket are located at near this hotel. And we really enjoy a breakfast! That was so good!」

「This is a good option at a good price. The hotel in general is a little dated, but I'm not sure I am willing to pay double the price for a newer/remodeled facility. In general, a really good value for what you get.」

「Interior of hotel smelt bad. Bed was firm. Was directed to change rooms and when I tried to do that the staff didn’t know why I was directed to change rooms. So I packed up all my belongings during my stay and made myself available to do a room change for nothing.」
