"Love staying here and always enjoy my visit! My only concern this time is that the hot water heater for tea/coffee in the room was very old and was shedding plastic inside the pot when water was heated. That urgently needs to be replaced!"

"The staff at the reception was nice and welcoming. Our room was clean and homey, the bed is really comfortable. The breakfast was great, though some of the pastries wasn’t fresh, but still okay. Overall great experience, we received a really good value for this price."

"The staff were friendly and happy to allow us to leave our bags when we arrived early. Very comfortable and spacious junior suite with a view to the Eagle's Nest on a clear day. The Indoor Pool was really nice with towels and changing facilities provided. It was no problem for us, but be aware that whilst the Expedia entry says there is a lift in the building, that is only reached after a dozen or so stairs up to reception and then the same again with quite a distance to walk to the lift on the 1st floor. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with good variety."

"Wow what a treat after a couple of very average hotels on our trip. Felt like a 5 star resort treatment. Great spa, great underground parking, friendly service, epic room, awesome rooftop bar, easy walk to lake. Will definitely visit again and can highly recommend. "
