「Communication with the apartment was good. The driver came when called for a pickup and was early in returning to the airport after checkout. * Do not tip the driver that was already taken care of. * A microwave is available upon request. The room does not have an oven but does have a stove. * The manager was extremely friendly and bent over backwards to accommodate me. * The apartment is approximately 18 minute drive from the airport so be careful about traffic.」

「We were in the middle of moving house and booked this apartment nearby while in transition. It lived up to its name. It was a great haven. 「We needed a space near us for friends to stay. The apartment was well located, large, well supplied and served all our needs perfectly. Plenty of storage if traveling with lots of luggage. Has an elevator. Everything was very comfortable and everything worked. There is a small grocer just a few doors down. Youssef took good care of us. We would highly recommend. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so it worked well for many different set ups. 」

"We stayed here on our honeymoon, and although it was our first day in Egypt, we had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and kind. When they learned that we were on our honeymoon, they surprised us by decorating our room with a cake and rose petals, which was incredibly thoughtful. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The view from the room was also amazing, and it became a memory we will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you very much for such a special stay. "

"スタッフ全員がすべての点において、「宿泊者が安全・安心・快適に滞在するためにどうしたらいいか？」を考えて行動されているように感じました。朝食会場はピラミッドを見れる素晴らしい眺めでした。カイロ市内から（ギザの）このホテルまでの移動が無料で提供されたことはありがたかったです。毎日必要なタイミングで水を頂けたことも安全・安心（煩わしさがない）でありがたかったです。荷物を運んでくれた方に直接チップを渡せずフロントの方にチップを預かって頂きました。後日、ちゃんとチップが渡されたことが分かり、とても信用できる方々なのだと分かりました。"

"部屋に居ながらスフィンクスが見られる贅沢な立地。ルーフトップで朝食をいただきながらの眺めは最高です。お食事はブッフェではありませんが、毎朝美味しくいただきました。ピラミッドを見ながらお風呂に入れるお部屋をリクエスト。バスタブが大き過ぎて給湯が追いつかずお湯張りが出来ませんでした（笑）不備は多々有りますが、眺望が全てを許してしまいます。"

"カイロ空港に近接し、３０分毎に無料シャトルバスサービスがあるのでとても便利。朝食も早朝から利用出来るが、開始時間になってもなかなか準備が出来ておらず、私も３０分しか時間が取れなかったことから準備出来たものだけをいただいた。ホテルの部屋は素敵で快適でした。綺麗なプールもありました。"
