「We had a wonderful experience! Aly, the host was amazing and attentive! Anything we asked it was done in a reasonable amount of time. There was a door man who was extremely helpful. He carried our bag, washed our car and did our laundry. He even went as far as to walk with us to the local store. All in all, this exceeded my expectations! We will definitely be staying here agin!」

「We needed a place to stay the day with our dog after our flight into Cairo until our landlord could give us keys to our apt. Navian was very accommodating and our dog loved playing with her dog and running around as we loved the pool and rest for the day. Navian even called us to check on us a few days later.」

「Absolutely terrible communication terrible service inconvenient incompetent I was left without a property with my grand mother and mother who both old with limited mobility my property was double booked even I came off a flight of 5 hours I was left on the street with my family for 6-7 hours and freezing cold I hate the whole experience I will never come back to Egypt or even book for that again no thanks to everyone including your services」

「I liked the accommodations and how the room was arranged. Maybe more outlets for electric power in the lounge could be useful, since that could likely be the area where people work, etcetera. The staff was friendly and willing to help. I would only recommend more tourist-friendly features, such as information on places where to eat or see around. The people were friendly and helpful, but keeping in mind that Cairo receives a lot of tourists from far away places, and who don't know the...

「空港近くのホテルというだけあって、とても綺麗でした。カイロ市内の今まで泊まったホテルより断トツで清潔でホコリが全く無くことにビックリ。 シングルルームでしたが、寝室と、バス・トイレは別々の部屋でした。特に問題は無く。 チャットでのコミュニケーションもスムーズで、マネージャーもスタッフも皆笑顔で親切でした。」
