"Amazing staff. They helped us with rides to and from the airport and to the gate as well. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Rooftop terrace is great. You can enjoy the view and have free water and coffee or tea. Sunset views are great. Breakfast was also good. They even moved it up to 6:30 so that we could start our tour of the pyramids at 7:00."
