We stayed here on our honeymoon, and although it was our first day in Egypt, we had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and kind. When they learned that we were on our honeymoon, they surprised us by decorating our room with a cake and rose petals, which was incredibly thoughtful. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The view from the room was also amazing, and it became a memory we will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you very much for such a special stay.

Fairmont is located right across from the Nile. It has a small shopping mall attached to the hotel within which there is a 24 hour pharmacy. The hotel itself has several good quality restaurants and bars. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room service is outstanding.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont! The staff was so friendly and accommodating and they went above and beyond for everything. We felt very safe and cared for. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool area was amazing. We loved the location as well. The only drawback was the price of the excursions out of the hotel. We found them to be really over priced. The excursions themselves were really great and our guide and driver were amazing. We loved the excursions that we went on but just found them to be a lot of money compared to other companies offering almost the same thing. We would definitely stay at the Fairmont again.

the traffic going in to the hotel was terrible, it takes too much time to access the road to the lobby, however the location of the property is perfect and attached to a small mall for convenient, this was not my first time and highly recommended for others.

Hotel is very good. Great food, pool on roof top with good views of Nile. Rooms were good size, well serviced. Area is a bit a dusty/dirty and crowded.

Super service - best breakfast ever

Fast check in - polite and serviceminded introduction to room. Nice rooftop pool area. Super cozy to stroll along the Nile, just across the street. But best - the breakfast, oh my it was good!

the best hotel

I'm confident that this is the best hotel in Cairo. The Asian restaurant was also luxurious and the food was incredibly delicious. I want to visit Cairo again just because of this hotel.
