「I booked 2 rooms. My business partner arrived on time but I was hours behind due to mechanical issues. I arrived at 3 am. I had already paid in full for both rooms and the hotel would not let me check in or refund me. Again these rooms were already paid for so the hotel canceled my reservation for late check in...kept the money...and rented the room to someone else. 「Clean room, friendly staffs. Various breakfast menus. Enjoyed totally comfortable stay. many restaurants within walking distance.」

「Breakfast was great. Lights in room didn’t work properly. You can hear the people above me walking around a bit loud. Besides that it was okay 」

「Had to move rooms 3 times. Once because the hot water in the shower didn’t work, then the AC, then the TV.」

「Room was clean and staff kind. It is beside a bus road so sometimes noise from loud motorcycle but with a fan on was able to drown out noise and sleep well. 」

「Water pressure in the shower was horrible. After traveling all I wanted was a nice hot shower to relax and what I got was some spit. The beds were hard. Little brown bugs came out of sink faucet when initially turned on. Other than that room was clean 」

「It’s not a hotel but a motel. Room smells like smoke, landline phone didn’t work, no hair dryer, toilet stopped up and I was told to come to the front desk and get a plunger. My wife and didn’t stay and asked for refund and they wouldn’t. Beware of Quality Inn!!!」

「Rooms were good and everything was ok as well. Only issue was not the fault of the hotel, the G.P.S. getting you to the hotel was all jacked up. It put us into the industrial area behind the hotel which required us to be about 1 block from the hotel.」
