"O apartamento é relativamente bom, entretanto, não conta com itens de cozinha como fogão, cafeteita e filtro de água. Outra ressalva é o chuveiro muito aquém do que se espera. Pedi para ser realocado e sugiro que quem considere se hospedar aqui faça o mesmo. Existem opções da propria rede Charlie muito melhores e com preços semelhantes."

"Foi ótimo, me hospedaria novamente, mas alguns pontos de melhoria é que o banheiro não tem espaço para tirar ou trocar de roupa tendo que ser feito dentro do box, mas o box fica molhado dos banhos... Então é ruim isso. O café da manhã é bom, mas a reposição deixa a desejar. Sempre está faltando algo. Acaba o café ou todas as xícaras estão usadas ou acaba pratinhos, etc... Nos quartos seria legal ter ganchos pata dependurar as toalhas porque elas acabam ficando nas escadas das beliches. Recomendo...

We requested early checkin, which wasn’t available, nor was the ability to hold our bags, and while totally understandable, we did, expect a 3p entry. We were told we would receive passcode 1 hr prior to checkin, however, even after multiple WhatsApp chatbot messages, didn’t receive. Luckily, we found a random guy onsite that helped us get in touch with someone for a code, because we didn’t hear back from the chatbot until almost 530pm...
