Apesar de parecer que o hotel passou recentemente por uma melhoria, ela não foi mto bem feita. Quarto e banheiro apresentavam mofo. Mas o quarto tem a infraestrutura necessária. Boa localização. Café da manhã adequado.

Eu e minha esposa ficamos hospedados somente uma noite, mas fomos muito bem atendidos por todos os funcionários do hotel, principalmente pelas recepcionistas. A localização é muito boa, muito próximo da estação de metrô Faria Lima. Com certeza voltaremos.

péssimo atendimento no check in, atendente falou que não encontrava minha reserva, que por sinal já estava paga, não tem garagem, para estacionar tem que andar pelo menos 400 metros em estacionamento descoberto.

hotel ok

A localização do hotel é boa, perto do metro da faria lina e de alguns comércios/lojas. O hotel em si é pequeno, conta com 2 andares e não possui elevador, fiquei no 1º andar pelo menos. O quarto é bem pequeno e era virado para a rua, o que tinha muito barulho durante a noite (não possui janela anti ruído). O jogo de cama não era dos melhores e a coberta estava com cheiro ruim, não tive coragem de usar. O banheiro era ok, chuveiro fraco, mas agua quente. O café da manhã é BEM fraco, no primeiro dia o bolo era de cenoura e está totalmente solado, o ovos mexidos estavam com uma cara pessima e os paes estavam duros Durante a noite escutamos muitos barulhos vindo do corredor tanto dos funcionários quanto de hóspedes, dá pra escutar toda a movimentação. Acho que para o que o hotel dispoe a hospedagem se torna um pouco cara, deveria oferecer jogos de cama/toalhas e um café da manhã muito melhor

Ruidoso.

O quarto era extremamente barulhento, os ruidos do transito e do abrir e fechar de portas podiam ser ouvidos em alto e bom som no interior do querto. A isolação acustica é praticamente inexistente.
