Best Western Plus Kansas City Sports Complex Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Loraine was phenomenal. She was up front and or bartending. She is super friendly, helpful, and just embodies hospitality. Coming back in October and plan on staying in the same hotel bc of her awesomeness."
"We had a great two-night stay in this home with our family of five! The location was perfect for our needs, conveniently close to everything we wanted to do. The house was well-equipped and easy to find, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a nice touch to have a fan in the room, which made the stay extra comfortable.Overall, the home was clean, though there were a few small things left behind by previous guests. We noticed some flies on the main floor and laundry still in the dryer, which made it feel a bit less put-together. Additionally, there were some kitchen items outside by the grill, which we weren't sure about. Despite these minor issues, the house was a great place to stay and provided everything we needed for our short trip.Would definitely consider staying again for the great location and overall comfort!"
"The breakfast was lacking, BUT the property was VERY clean, smelled really good. Staff was super friendly. Check In was easy. We travel often and Lotus is top of the list "

"Nice neighborhood and a perfect place for one or two people. I was attending a baseball game and it's close to the pro-sports facilities. Owner was very nice and seemed to want to help with anything if needed. We already discussed when I may be back. "
