この素晴らしい家は、フンシャルの旧市街の海の正面にある100周年の財産にあります。 石造りの壁で保護され、庭園に囲まれた新鮮さで、フンシャル湾を見下ろす海の正面に専用テラスがあり、他の2軒の家と共有する敷地内のプールにアクセスできます。
敷地内の入り口とプールは、Isabel's Villa（672230）と共有されています。ヴィラは一緒にレンタルできます。
最近改装され、設備の整ったキッチン、ドレッシングルーム付きの広々としたベッドルーム、ウォークインシャワー付きのモダンなトイレが備わります。
モダンで快適な装飾は、窓から海のそばでくつろぎながら、庭の静けさでくつろいでいただけるようにデザインされています。
ホテルは静かな通りにあるフンシャルの旧市街にありますが、徒歩5分以内にレストランやバーがあります。 市内中心部へは徒歩10分以内で、多くのお客様が車を配車できます。 ただし、路上駐車は無料で簡単で安全です。

Entspannung pur

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man benötigt bis ins kleinste Detail. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen, bei Ankunft stand ein toller Obstteller bereit, es war Wein im Kühlschrank und einiges mehr.Am besten war natürlich die Terrasse mit dem großartigen Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Die Lage ist ein Traum. Erste Reihe an der Klippe mit Aussicht auf die Stadt, das Meer und den Hafen. Die Betreuung während des Urlaubs durch Carlos (den netten Hausherrn), seine Tochter oder das Reinigungspersonal war erstklassig. Ein rundum gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub. Liebe Grüße, Frank.

Traumhafter Blick auf Funchal

Hübsche Wohnung (genau wie abgebildet) mit Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick auf das Meer und Funchal. Die Betten sind bequem. In der Küche ist alles, was man brauchen könnte, vorhanden - nur die geflieste Oberfläche und das Spülbecken lässt sich schlecht reinigen. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Nur, Eingang und Zufahrt zum Anwesen liegt direkt neben dem Schlafzimmerfenster.

Gem of a place

Lovely little apartment with everything we needed, beautiful setting with huge terrace overlooking the bay in Funchal. Great location for old town, pleasant 10 minute walk to restaurants even though bit steep in places. Mara the housekeeper was so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommended!

Wonderful clean place, the quietness and privacy were amazing,

Well exceeded our expectations, amazing accommodation with everything provided and every detail thought through. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. We had a private terrace and main use of the pool as the other guests were out most days. The bed was super comfy and the whole place was cleaned during our week which was fabulous - even supplied beach towels. Close to the old town we felt we were in the perfect spot.

Just like paradise!

Actually, the other comments have already said (almost) everything ... We had the pleasure to stay in Patricia's apartment for three weeks and it was a fantastic time. Even though we had to wait 5 days for our luggage and our children had an infection for almost a week! The apartment, the grounds and its location are perfect and Carlos, Mara and especially Patricia have taken great care of everything. She is definitely a super host! One of the few things that was not mentioned in the other comments, but which was an extra highlight for us was the fact that from Patricia's property, after being briefed by Carlos, one could reach a private bay via a very steep staircase. It is rocky like almost all the other bays on Madeira, but at low tide you can swim there and fish from the rocks. Right in the middle of Funchal - incredible. Thanks again for everything. We will come back!

Home from home......

Great location in the Old Town and the elevated position means there are beautiful views over the sea and to Funchal. Greeted by Mara, the housekeeper, who made us very welcome. She showed us round the property and there was a lovely welcome pack of provisions. Property was spotlessly clean and well appointed. We met Carlos, the property owner, on many occasions and he was always keen to ensure that everything was OK for us and to ask if we needed anything. Useful notes of recommended restaurants and activities, which we tried and enjoyed. The environment is very comfortable and welcoming and we would definitely recommend the property and very much hope to return ourselves.

The perfect place to stay

We could not have been more pleased with this villa, set in a peaceful residential area away from the large hotels etc. of Funchal. The small villa was part of a larger house occupied by a Madeiran family and they and Mara, their friendly and charming housekeeper, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. It was a pleasant short walk to the old port of Funchal with a good selection of restaurants en route. We had our own secluded terrace with plenty of shade by the side of the accommodation and another private roof terrace with superb views of Funchal. We will be returning!

Haus am Meer was will man mehr...

Wenn man Ruhe, ein Brise Meeresrauschen und einen unvergleichbaren Ausblick über die Fenchelbucht sucht, den man auch vom Pool aus genießen kann, dann ist man hier richtig. Ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, ein sehr aufmerksamer Haus-Service und die zentrale Lage, in nur 15 min zu Fuß ist man an der Markthalle, am besten Supermarkt der Stadt und an der Uferpromenade, ergaben für uns einen optimalen Aufenthalt. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Das Frühstück auf der sonnigen Terasse, umgeben von Palmen, Bananenstauden und pinkleuchtenden Bougainville half uns in kürzester Zeit zu entschleunigen. Man kann sogar den Kreuzfahrschiffen früh oder abends beim Ein- und Auslaufen aus dem Hafenbecken zuschauen, ein schönes Schauspiel, das Lust macht, mal die Seiten zu wechseln. Für die Erkundung der Insel, natürlich mit Mietwagen, ist die Lage auch top, denn man ist ruck zuck auf der West-Ost-Schnellstraße, auch der Abzweig in den Norden nach Sao Vincente ist nicht weit. Das Appartement selbst ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es findet sich alles, was man so braucht. Von der gut eingerichteten Kitchennette, Esstisch, Couch bis hin zum Flat-TV auch mit deutschen Programmen und kostenlosem WLAN ist alles an Bord. Die Betten sind gut, nicht zu weich. Überall an den Fenstern sind Mückenschutznetze angebracht, doch manchmal stechen die Biester einen doch. Summa summarum können wir das Appartement sehr empfehlen und für uns war es ein wunderbarer Erholungsort.

Casa muy bonita con vistas espectaculares, muy bien situada para poder bajar andando al centro. Muy limpio y ordenado. Gracias a Patricia, siempre pendiente que estuvieramos bien, encantadora. Resumiendo, un 10 sobre 10.
