「I like the hotel because it’s was nice and close to where I was going. And it’s nice and clean. But the staff especially a guy named Ali was really rude and unprofessional in his attitude towards me when I asked him something. And the window was making a big noise all night. I had reported it to the staff when I checked out.」

「The property and the rooms are well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, near all transportation and business center.」

「The workers there are wonderful, but the hotel is not. It needs a serious upgrade in maintenance or remodel.」

「the breakfast was so bad」

「The room and the shower were both very spacious and comfortable! And, the harbor view was magnificent! I loved the people and the hotel!」

Unfortunately our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the window closed you could hear the traffic noise day and throughout the night. It made it very difficult to relax and we had constant disrupted sleep at night. In hindsight we should have requested to change rooms to the back of the hotel but we had unpacked and settled...
