「First welcome wasn’t that amazing, front desk wasn’t very cheerful, as well as doorman, I only had a carry on and he seemed upset that he didn’t take it up to take a tip.
After entering the room, we noticed a smoking smell and call front desk, they said it could be coming from the vent and didn’t do much, the bidet didn’t work well, and again they didn’t care much. They told us we couldn’t order food, however the hotel restaurant was very limited.
