A family of 4 adult stayed in the "family room" for 7 nights in January 2026. Highlights: helpful staff at every turn, wonderful breakfast with both US style and European style breakfast options. Tiny negatives: room sizes smaller than I expected, bathroom small. Hotel is very close to many of the old town highlights (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern), but there is some steep walking to get there. Several reasonable restaurants within 300 meters of the hotel.

Breakfast is always fresh l, staff are super nice and helpful! The location of the hotel is in the heart of Istanbul with aya Sofia, blue mosque, and basilica 10 minutes away on foot. Area are surrounded with shops, cafes, restaurants and other attractions. I can see the phosphorus from my window on second floor as well.

Lovely staff - decent hotel however cars taxis and buses struggled to get to the front of the hotel. Breakfast not as good as I expected - eggs ran out and other foods were not to my taste. However only a few changes required to provide a good breakfast!

The room was nice and cool. We didn’t need ac or heat the time we were there. Staff was great. Enes was super helpful and the evening guy gave us a great recommendation for a rooftop restaurant overlooking the bay that was perfect.

It was a good short stay for us! Wish there were room service as we arrived late at night, but otherwise awesome place to stay in the old city sultanahmet. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing!

Clean & tidy.

Very nice, clean and tidy hotel. Location is near to the attractions but all the surrounding roads have quite steep inclines so you need to be fit. Nearby is the Blue Bottle bar - this is the place to eat and drink.

Nice hotel but not so good location

Hotel was nice and tidy, stayed only one night . I would not recommend it to elderly people or people with disabilities due its location . Rather difficult to get there, very steep hills

We had amazing stay. Very good location, walking distance to lot of attractions, restaurants, shops, public transport. Room looked nice, it was spacious and clean, comfortable bed, good shower. Breakfast was good but starts at 8 AM, which seems little late, if you have plans in the morning. But over all we had great time and would stay again.

Conveniently located and within walking distance to all the sights in Sultanahmet as well as the tram stop. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. There was a hairball and contact lens case on the floor of the bathroom of our room, but we were too tired to point it out to the front desk as it was 11pm. Front desk also was not aware that the airport shuttle bus had a Sultanahmet pick up spot.
