"We mainly chose this hotel for the view of Mt Fuji from our room and rooftop. Staff were generally friendly. They offer complementary shuttle bus service between the hotel and Kawaguchiko and vice versa if you let them know two days in advance. I would have loved a buffet breakfast, but I understand it's a smaller hotel and the economics of providing that probably don't work out. However the two breakfast options were decent. Location and proximity to other conveniences, restaurants and shops are OK. There's not a lot of lighting around the area at night, but that's how it is generally in the town. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Thank you for the staff."
