「We LOVED staying here. This was our final stop of a week long trip and it was perfect. The camp itself was clean, well stocked, beautiful, and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting by the fire, and watching the loon. Our weather was perfect so we were able to take the canoe, kayaks, and paddle boat out and even jumped off the dock to swim. 「We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. 」

「This is a great property! It is private and quiet yet you can be in downtown Naples in a few minutes. Very clean with lots of natural light. Plenty of room inside when it is raining but also lots of space outside when it is nice out…and the river passes on both sides of the property because it is on a bit of a peninsula! Also, some older reviews mentioned issues with high mineral content in the water…the house has a filter now and no issues at all with my sensitive skin!」

「Cute cabin, Not maintained. We arrived late evening to the cabin with all sheets / towels all dirty on the floor. After multiple calls, property manager texted that the cleaner did not show.
