「The stay was great. There was no hot water in our shower and the toilet in our cabin was very touchy and would often run continuously after flushing. A giggle of the handle cured the problem but if guests were not cognizant of the issue it would waste a good amount of water 」

「Our stay was perfect. This location is convenient to downtown Estes and close to both the Beaver Meadows and Falls River RMNP entrances. We had a 1BR/1Bath which met our needs perfectly. Brandon was friendly and responsive to our needs. The unit was clean and well maintained. I will definitely recommend this to friends.」

「The main living area was lovely and had everything needed! Kitchen was nicely stocked; wifi worked great. The main level has 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom with a nice rain shower and one half bath, the living/dining and kitchen. The upstairs loft (open to below) has 2 twin/full bunk beds and lounge furniture. We didn't spend any time on the entry level but there was a sofa and chair and fireplace, and a full bath. 「Had a wonderful stay. Loved the property and location. The described view from the property was somewhat misleading in that a villa complex is across the street and partially obstructed the mountain views. 「It was a beautiful old cabin. Very unique. It was very creaky but that didntget matter at all. There hasn't a whole lot to do in the area but we wanted a cabin in the mountains and that is what we got! The town shuts down early. But overall we had a great stay!」
